For a fuller and longer frill, print the sample as it’s on 11″ x 17″ paper at 100%. For a smaller frill, cut back the scale of the sample and print on regular 8.5″ x 11″ paper. Fastidiously lower out the volute-shaped sample, stack, and pin onto the 2 items of stacked felt. Lower out the felt. Whereas conserving the 2 items of felt stacked, pull the 2 pointed ends taut.
